Scope
PlayZoneFinder is a free, publicly accessible directory of leisure venues: playgrounds, escape rooms, sports facilities, amusement parks and more. Browsing the directory does not require an account and is free of charge. These terms apply to any use of the site.
Claiming listings
Operators can claim their own listing and request corrections using the form on the venue page. Submitted information is checked by hand before publication; we do not guarantee that a claim will be accepted or published within a particular time.
Photo submissions
Users can submit photos of a venue. By submitting a photo, you confirm that it is your own work and grant us a simple, free-of-charge right to publish it on the site with attribution. Photos showing identifiable people may only be submitted with their consent.
User content and moderation
We only publish reviews, photos and information from visitors and operators after they have been checked by a person; we do not use automated decisions for this. Not permitted are illegal, offensive or misleading content, fake reviews, advertising in reviews, other people's photos without the rights to them, and identifiable people without their consent.
If we reject, remove or restrict content, we tell the person who submitted it the reasons by email, provided we have their address. You can object at any time by email to kontakt@playzonefinder.com; we will review the matter again and reply.
Reporting illegal content
Anyone can report content they consider illegal via the “Report content” form (playzonefinder.com/inhalt-melden, also linked below every review) or by email to kontakt@playzonefinder.com. Please state the exact address of the page, the content and the reason. We confirm receipt, review the report promptly and carefully, and let you know our decision.
Accuracy of listings
Information such as opening hours, prices, age restrictions and facilities comes from public sources and from operators; it may be outdated or incorrect. We accept no liability for accuracy or completeness. Please check with the venue before your visit.
External links
The site links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content of external sites that we do not operate.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage arising from the use of the site or from reliance on the information it contains, except in cases of intent or gross negligence or where liability cannot be excluded by law, in particular in the case of injury to life, body or health.
Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the site and may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time.
Future paid features
Individual features described on this site may be offered as paid services in future. In that case, separate price information and the consumer information required by law, including any right of withdrawal, will be provided before each purchase.

We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page applies. Continued use of the site after a change is deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
